School of Civil and Architectural Engineering (SCAE) was originally established in September 1987. As one of the most time-honored schools in Anyang Institute of Technology (AYIT), now it has 58 teaching staff members and provides five undergraduate programs, including Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Urban & Rural Planning, Architecture, Water Supply and Drainage Science& Engineering and one junior college program, Architectural EngineeringTechnology. Every year more than 500 students will be admitted, and there are totally 2312 undergraduates and specialized students in school at present. In addition, since 2014, AYIT has run an international joint education program of Civil Engineering with Teesside University , UK .
